Company History

In 1969, Jim Clock and Erwin "Mousie" Poetzsch founded Set Fuel. They had been working for a large oil company and decided to go out on their own. They knew that with good, prompt, personal service a local company would succeed in the community. Their service area was originally localized only to Islip, Bay Shore, and East Islip.
